Other Details

Cost

Approximate cost for the Immersion is $1,500. This includes accommodation (evening of Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday including breakfast), school visit fees, airport and school transfers.

Flights

Flights are not included in the costs and should be organised by your school. ARRIVALS Sunday March 22: Arrival flights should be booked to arrive as close to 4pm as possible on Sunday. DEPARTURES Wednesday March 25: please ensure departure flights are booked after 6.30pm.

Payment

Schools will be invoiced.

Meals

Please note that dinners and at least one lunch are not included in costs.

Itinerary

A detailed itinerary will be provided to all attendees prior to the commencement of the immersion.

Dress Code

Business casual (school attire).
