​The world is constantly evolving, we are seeing changes in the way the world works, the way people engage, the way people work and learn and what it takes for people to be productive and live with purpose in the contemporary world. Much educational research, educational organisations, OECD, UNESCO, governments, influential figures, industry and educators are thus calling for a radical shift in the way schools school and the way we see learners learn.

 

The concept of engaging with schools and the community beyond our gates aims to challenge educators to build strong relationships and improve the experience that we offer, and is deeply embedded within our Lutheran culture and ethos as referenced in Growing Deep.
