Melbourne Contemporary Learning Tour

Melbourne Tour Itinerary

Pre-Day 1  Sunday 26 February

  • For those flying, wheels down by 5:30pm Melbourne, Airport Transfer by arranged StarShips (Vans)

  • Accomodation Rendezvous Hotel Melbourne

  • 6:30pm Quick meet and greet in the Foyer for Sunday arrivals , followed by dinner @Fathers Office, 249 Little Lonsdale St, Melbourne


Day 1  Monday 27 February

  • 7:00am - Breakfast included at the hotel.

  • 7:45am - Brief with whole group in lobby.

  • 8:00am - Depart hotel. Those travelling in from Melb surrounds can drop bags at  Rendezvous Hotel Melbourne. 

  • 9:00am - Templestowe College, 7 Cypress Ave, Lower Templestowe

  • 11:30am - Depart Templestowe College

  • 12:30pm - Lunch at Albert Park College

  • 1:00pm - Albert Park College 

  • 4:00pm - Depart Albert Park College

  • 5:00pm - Hotel arrival for an informal night and social time

  • 6:30pm - Dinner  (at own expense)


Day 2 Tuesday 28 February

  • Breakfast included at the Hotel - Starts at 7:00 AM

  • 8:30am - Depart hotel

  • 9:00am - Princes Hill Primary School

  • 12:00pm - Lunch

  • 12:30pm - Depart Princes Hill Primary School 

  • 1:15pm - Arrive at Hayball, Melbourne CBD

  • 3:00pm - Reflections and depart Hayball to hotel

  • 3:45pm - Debrief and freetime before tour dinner

  • 6:30pm - Depart Hotel for dinner 

  • 7:00pm - The Left Handed Chef, South Melbourne


Day 3 Wednesday 01 March

  • Breakfast included at the Hotel - Starts at 7:00 AM

  • 7:45am - Depart Hotel

  • 8:30am – Newmark Primary School, 126 Nelson Place Williamstown

  • 12:30pm - Lunch and Reflection in Williamstown @ Monzarella, 231 Nelson Place, Williamstown (at own expense)

  • 2:15pm - Depart for Airport, flights can be booked from 4:30pm

General Information

Costing: Approximate costs are between $1000 and $1200 per person.


Flights: Flights are not included in the tour costs and should be organised by your school.


Dress Code: During the School Visits - School Business Dress.


Tour Inclusions: Accommodation (Evening of Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday including breakfast), school visit fees, airport, and school transfers, 1 x tour dinner.


Meals: Two of the three dinners are not included in the tour costs. Lunches may not be included in the tour cost.


Payment: Schools will be invoiced or sent a payment link.


Communication:  Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive ongoing communication and updates via email and text. Please monitor this for pickup details and other information.
