DRAFT Adelaide Tour Itinerary

Pre-Day 1 Tuesday 14 November

  • For those flying, Wheels down by 5:30pm Adelaide, Airport Transfer by arranged StarShips (Vans)s

  • Check in at Holiday Inn Express, Adelaide City Centre

  • 6:30 pm Quick meet and greet in the Foyer for Sunday arrivals -

  • 7:00 pm Casual dinner at Strathmore Hotel


Day 1 Wednesday 15 November

  • 7:00am - Breakfast included at the Hotel

  • 7:40am - Meet in the Foyer of the Holiday Inn (30 Blyth St, Adelaide)

  • 7:45am - Depart Hotel

  • 8:10am – Arrive St Paul Lutheran School Blair Athol

  • 11:15am – Depart St Paul Lutheran School

  • 11:40pm – Arrive at Annesley Junior School

  • 4:30pm – Depart Annesley Junior School

  • 5:15 pm – Hotel Arrival 

  • 7:00pm - Informal dinner at the Cumberland Arms Hotel and social time (optional) 205 Waymouth St, Adelaide SA 5000

  • Please meet in the hotel foyer at 6.45pm if you wish to attend this dinner.


Day 2 Thursday 16 November

  • Starting from 6:30am - Breakfast included at the Hotel

  • 8:20am - Meet in Holiday Inn Foyer

  • 9:30 - Redeemer Lutheran School, 17 Vine St, Nuriootpa for working lunch

  • Lunch at Redeemer and reflection 

  • 3:30pm - Depart Redeemer

  • 5:30 - your time

  • 6.45pm - Official Tour Dinner T-Cow (68 Moonta St, Adelaide).
    Please meet in the hotel foyer at 6.30pm .


Day 3 Friday 17 November

  • Starting from 6:30am - Breakfast included at the Hotel

  • 8:50am - Meet in Holiday Inn Foyer - Checkout and bring bags

  • 10:00am - Arrive at Youth Inc

  • 11:30am - Depart Youth Inc

  • 12:00pm - Arrive at Immanuel College

  • Lunch

  • 2:30 Reflection at Immanuel College

  • 4:30pm - Depart for Airport, flights can be booked from 5:00pm



General Information

Costing: Approximate costs are $1000 per person.


Flights: Flights are not included in the tour costs and should be organised by your school.


Dress Code: During the School Visits - School Business Dress.


Tour Inclusions: Accommodation (Evening of Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday including breakfast), school visit fees, airport, and school transfers, 1 x tour dinner.


Meals: Two of the three dinners are not included in the tour costs. Lunches may not be included in the tour cost.


Payment: Schools will be invoiced or sent a payment link.


Communication:  Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive ongoing communication and updates via email and text. Please monitor this for pickup details and other information.
